FLOW - BREATH - HEADSPACE

My classes are fun yet disciplined, relaxing yet energising, educational but so gentle, a space to learn and grow, unwind and be present. One hour just for you, to drop into the inner body, notice the anchor that is your breath, shift energy through synchronised breath and movement and melt into the energy of Yoga - bliss!

Everyone is welcome, I adapt my classes to the needs of my students, providing variations for all levels. So despite your current Yoga abilities or age, you will feel comfortable, safe and will be given the space to do what is right for you and your body.

We touch on all areas of yoga, with the main focus being Asanas (poses) Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation.

My journey into YOGA

I am a Yoga Alliance-accredited Yoga teacher. My training was with an Indian school; bringing the authenticity of traditional teachings to my classes.

From spending many years traveling around the world, I feel very lucky to have learned a lot of wisdom from Monks and Yoga devotees, who have shared meditation and pranayama techniques with me. From weeks staying in the jungle in Thailand in silence, to learning meditation practice by Monks and natural healers, to eating Ayurvedic food and understanding the connection between food and our physical and mental well-being… I bring it all subtly and gently to share with you.

  • Emily has really helped me with my Menopause recently. Before starting yoga about 2 months ago. I felt quite depressed with my body, mind and soul. Now she has made me realise that our bodies are stronger than they actually are. I don't ache anymore or creek! The emotional side of menopause has improved and I feel like I can do anything. She has made me love my body again as I'm improving every week with all the yoga stretches. I even did a shoulder stand recently something I've not done for about 37 years.   • Emily is a wonderful yoga teacher, every time I go to her class in the morning I have a completely calm day afterwards. She always offers options for different levels, is encouraging whilst making you feel very comfortable to increase your level of practice at your own pace. She is fun and kind and the lesson always goes by so fast as it is enourmoulsy enjoyable, you hardly even feel like you are working out but you definitley feel the burn afterwards if you have decided to push yourself. I would highly reccomend taking a class with Emily!

  • Classes are one hour long

  • I am not a physio or healthcare professional, you are responsible for deciding what is suitable for your body and wellness. 

  • Classes are non refundable, if you have booked on, and can’t attend, there is no refund (spaces are limited).

  • Memberships can be cancelled up to 5 days before the next payment is due to come out - if you miss this window, you will be charged for the following month - (there is nothing I can do about this)

  • Memberships give you access to unlimited classes, you must book on for the classes you wish to attend, if you do not, and the class is full, there is nothing that can be done.
